These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of this website. These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

ChineseFor.Us, LLC is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ChineseFor.Us, LLC and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for the resolution of any disputes.
13. Refund
We do not issue refunds. This is because we have sample lessons for each course and it gives all users a general idea of how the courses are like and how fast their own learning pace would be.
If you forgot to cancel the subscription and were charged, we can issue the refund as long as you contact us within 30 days after the order and no studying activities occurred during that time period.
A small amount of processing fee (charged by the payment gateway, such as Stripe and Paypal) will be deducted.
14. Dripped Content
For 1-month subscribers, they will have full access to the following courses: Character Course, Pinyin Course, Tone Course, Day-1 Beginner Course. However, the second half of Level 1 Course, Level 2 Course and Level 3 Course will be available with a delay of 32 days after initial purchase. This restriction is to prevent data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website. This restriction is based on the judgement of the average speed of second-language acquisition and the average human cognitive processes.
15. Course Release
We are always working on new content and will move up levels as time goes. Below are our current production plan:
Currently we are working on our Level 3 Course, there will be 50 lessons and 400 videos in total.
We estimate to release new lessons (each lesson includes 3 topics and 4 videos) every few weeks.
However, we apologize that we are not able to name or guarantee the exact dates of release and completion. This is because the educational content in each lesson is similar but not exactly the same.
After Level 3 we will continue to make Level 4, 5, 6 and more.
The amount of content in each HSK level increases exponentially. For example:
- The content of Level 2 is equivalent to: Beginner + Level 1 combined
- The content of Level 3 is equivalent to: Beginner + Level 1 + Level 2 combined
- and so on…
ChineseFor.Us does not promise exact release dates. Upon purchase, you will have access to the entire site, and you will have access to all future updates as long as your subscription is active.
