段经理:(Did the) interview end?

安经理:(At) 4:45 (it) ended.

段经理:Today how many “ge” (of) people (did) you interview?

安经理:(It) “reached the evaluation of” several “ge” (of people), but “whoever” all (are) not very making-people-satisfied.

段经理:How come “whoever” all (are) not-okay?

安经理:The fist “ge” (of) boy-student Little Zhang, today was (the) interview, but he arrived-late. This type (of) people certainly does-not-have-the-potential-to-be-able-to do (the) work well.

段经理:(How about) the second “ge” (of person)?

安经理:The second “ge” (of person) was girl-student Little Gao. (We) asked her several “ge” (of) questions, she (-) whichever “ge” (of) questions (-) all answered very well.

安经理:I think she (is) pretty smart, but (the) work (that) she did (in the) past (does) not have “a little bit” (of) relationship with (what) we want.

段经理:That day (did)n’t you said (that)(in the) time (that was) after reading (the) resumes (you) found one “ge” (of person whose) last-name-is Zhou (and they are) “acceptably” not-bad? They (did)not come to do-interview today?

安经理:(Admitting the fact that he) came, he (-) “whatever” aspect (is) all good, but he thinks (that the) money we give (is) too little, (he) definitely “wants to have” some more.

段经理:It’s fine. Manager Lee today for us introduced one “ge” (of) person.

One “Time” (Of) Interview

This year September I attended college-4th-grade, (and) started to look-for (a) job (already). (What) I learn in (the) college is English. Last week I to one “suo” (of) school sent (my) resume, yesterday they to me made-phone-call, made me Friday morning 8:30 to arrive their office to do-interview. I (in the) morning got up very early, because I was afraid to arrive-late (for the) interview. After eating breakfast I 7:30 from school to went-out to hire-taxi, (and) (at) 8:15 arrived.

(There) existed three “wei” (of) teachers (that) came to do-interview for me. I first to them introduced (my)self, I said (that) I very like children, (and) very-much want to be (an) English teacher. (At) the-same-time, I also told them (that) I from college-1st-grade all was doing-(part time)-jobs while attending school, (the) jobs (that I) did also all were teaching English at schools, furthermore, I (in the) time (when I was) little, (it was) in (an) English-(speaking) country (that) I grew up. Finished-listening-to my introduction, (the) three “wei” (of) teachers asked me several “ge” (of) questions. (In the) time (that was) after I answered, they all smiled, I thought, certainly (it) “was because” (that) I asked (the questions) “acceptably” pretty not-bad.

After-that, they made me come-arriving (the) classroom (that was by the) side (of) the office. (In the) classroom (there were) 10-something “ge” (of) students sitting. (The) three “wei” (of) teachers game me one “ben” (of) book, made me prepared (for) 15 minutes (and in the) time (that was) after (that) to give-class to (the) children Lesson 10 (of the) book-inside. They said (that I) didn’t need to finish-giving one “period” (of) class, only give-class (for) 15 minutes, because they “mainly” “was because” (that they) wanted to see “really quick” how-(well) I give-class. I opened (the) book (and) looked-at (it) “really quick”, (and) found-out (that) this “ben” (of) book (-) I (in the) past (have) taught. I prepared “really quick”, (and) then started to give-class (for) (the) kids, I (my)self thought (that) I gave-class “acceptably” okay.

(In) the-end, three “wei” (of) teachers brought me to go-back that “jian” (of) office (of the) beginning, they said (that they were) pretty satisfied “to” me, (and) asked me to first go-back, (and) (in the) time (that is) before next Friday they certainly will use mail to tell me (the) result.
