Coworkers:
(The) company decided to hold (a) meeting (on) Jan 4, please everyone to join. Meeting location is-at Four-Seasons Hotel Floor-2 Meeting-Room No.208, meeting time is morning 9:30 to 11:30. Please everyone surely need-to come to join, do-not arrive-late, (and) cannot ask-for-leave-of-absence. (On the) meeting, Manager Zhang will for everyone introduce (the) company last year’s achievements and next year’s work plans. In addition, in (the) meeting’s end, (the) company will have about half “ge” (of) hour’s time to give everyone, if everyone towards (the) company’s work has any questions or thoughts, welcome everyone arriving (that) time bring-outwards.
